Assembled in a shop environment under strict Quality Control guidelines, these panels are delivered to the site in a Unitized fashion with protective film applied to the finished surface. Performing all assembly in the shop, this Dry Fit System minimizes costly field labor while still providing a high performance panel system. Simply remove the units from the pallet, and stack them on the wall like bricks. This system was successfully tested per the strict specifications of ASTM E283-99, ASTM E331-00 and ASTM E-330-97 by an Independent Testing Agency.

Either 4mm or 6mm thick ACM Panels are Routed and Returned then adhered to the system frame with double sided tape. Structural Silicone is then applied to create an air-tight seal between the panel and
the frame to permanently bond
the two together.
