- FABRICATION

ECS utilizes in-house fabrication facilities as well as other local and international resources to facilitate the successful and timely completion of each project.

 

 

 

- ASSEMBLY

ECS offers a broad spectrum of assembly choices to suit the project’s requirements. This ranges from sub-assembly of a stick system to fully assembled and glazed unitized curtainwall panels.

 

 

 

 

- SHOP GLAZING

As an option, ECS will shop glaze customers glass at the time of Assembly. This is conducted in a controlled shop environment in strict compliance with specified and pre-approved QA/QC protocol and procedures..

- PACKAGING

ECS packs materials per our customer’s requirements. Materials are crated per construction zones, clearly marked and identifiable - mitigating damaged or lost materials.

 

- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Material Shipping is thoughtfully coordinated with our customers to arrive when needed. Web-based Material Tracking allows our customers to accurately forecast deliveries and manpower requirements.
